1.1 「卡片编程（PLAYCODE CARD）」应用程序（以下简称"本软件"）由厦门牙牙信息科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"）开发并运营。我们非常重视您的个人信息与隐私保护。

1.2 本政策将帮助您了解我们如何收集、使用、存储、共享和保护您的个人信息，以及您可以如何管理这些信息。请在使用本软件前仔细阅读并理解本政策。

1.3 如您为未成年人，请在监护人陪同下阅读本政策，并在取得监护人同意后使用本软件。

二、我们收集的信息

2.1 您主动提供的信息

（1）账号信息：当您登录时，我们可能收集您的手机号、会员名、姓名（如有）、头像、身份角色（如学生/教师）等信息，用于身份验证及课程权限配置。

（2）联系信息：当您通过邮件、客服等方式与我们联系，或提交授权申请时，我们可能收集您的联系方式、单位名称等信息。

2.2 为提供服务而处理的信息

（1）课程权限与学习信息：为控制您可访问的课程套件，我们会处理后台为您配置的课程权限列表，以及您在软件内的选课、课节进度、场景任务完成情况等学习数据。

（2）作品数据：您在"我的作品"中保存的指令程序及其元数据（如标题、所属课程等）。该类数据仅供您本人使用，本软件不提供作品分享或公开展示功能。

（3）赛事信息：如您参与赛事/闯关活动，我们可能处理您的报名信息、成绩、用时及提交记录等。

2.3 自动收集的信息

（1）设备与日志信息：为保障服务与安全，我们可能收集设备型号、操作系统版本、应用版本、设备标识符、操作日志、崩溃日志等信息。

（2）传感器数据：为提供屏幕旋转、横竖屏适配及设备方向检测等基础功能，本软件可能读取设备的加速度传感器等传感器数据，用于判断设备朝向与屏幕状态。该等数据仅用于本地功能实现，不用于用户画像或广告追踪，也不会与您的身份信息关联用于其他目的。

三、我们如何使用信息

3.1 提供与维护服务：账号验证、课程权限校验、课节与场景运行、作品保存与同步、赛事排名与成绩展示等。

3.2 安全保障：防范、检测并处理欺诈、滥用、非法内容及安全威胁。

3.3 产品改进：以统计分析（尽量去标识化）的方式优化课程与功能体验。

3.4 沟通与客服：回复您的咨询、投诉及授权申请。

四、系统权限说明

为提供相关功能，我们会在获得您同意后申请以下权限：

4.1 相机权限：用于识别编程卡片、扫描二维码（如选择课程套件、打开约定链接）。我们仅在您使用扫码功能时处理二维码内容，不保存扫码拍摄的图像或视频。拒绝授权将无法使用扫码功能，但不影响其它功能。

4.2 存储权限：用于保存、读取"我的作品"及必要的数据缓存。拒绝授权可能影响作品保存等功能的正常使用。

4.3 网络权限：用于登录、课程内容获取、作品同步及赛事数据提交等。拒绝授权将无法正常使用在线功能。

除上述权限外，本软件不使用您的通讯录、位置、麦克风、蓝牙等权限。

五、信息的存储

5.1 存储地点：您的个人信息主要存储于中华人民共和国境内的服务器；如因业务需要在境外存储或处理，我们将依法履行告知与同意等义务。

5.2 存储期限：我们仅在本政策所述目的的所必需的最短期限内保留您的个人信息，法律法规另有规定的除外。

5.3 数据删除：当您注销账号或要求删除相关数据时，我们将依法删除或匿名化处理您的个人信息。

六、信息的共享与披露

6.1 我们不会出售您的个人信息。

6.2 在下列情形下，我们可能共享或披露您的个人信息：

7.3 撤回同意：您可在系统设置中管理或撤回相机、存储等权限授权；拒绝或撤回授权可能导致相关功能不可用。

八、未成年人保护

8.1 本软件面向编程学习者，可能包含未成年人用户。未成年人应在监护人指导下使用本软件，并注意扫码、网络访问与账号安全。

8.2 我们不会主动收集未满14周岁儿童超出必要范围的信息。如您发现我们可能误收集了相关个人信息，请及时联系我们，我们将依法处理。

1. Introduction

1.1 The "PLAYCODE CARD" application (the "App") is developed and operated by Xiamen Yaya Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("we"). We take your personal information and privacy seriously.

1.2 This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, and how you can manage it. Please read and understand this Policy carefully before using the App.

1.3 If you are a minor, please read this Policy with your guardian and use the App only with your guardian's consent.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

(1) Account data: When you log in, we may collect your mobile number, username, name (if provided), avatar, and role (e.g., student/teacher) for identity verification and course permission configuration.

(2) Contact data: When you contact us by email, customer service, or submit an authorization request, we may collect your contact details or organization name.

2.2 Information processed to provide services

(1) Course permissions and learning data: To control the course kits you can access, we process course permissions configured for your account, as well as learning data such as kit selection, lesson progress, and scene task completion.

(2) Project data: Programs and metadata you save in "My Projects" (e.g., title, course). Such data is for your own use only; the App does not provide sharing or public display of works.

(3) Competition data: If you participate in events/challenges, we may process your registration, scores, duration, and submission records.

2.3 Automatically collected information

(1) Device and log data: To maintain service and security, we may collect device model, OS version, app version, device identifiers, operation logs, and crash logs.

(2) Sensor data: To support basic functions such as screen rotation, landscape/portrait adaptation, and device orientation detection, the App may read device sensor data (e.g., accelerometer) to determine device orientation and screen state. Such data is used only for local feature implementation, is not used for profiling or ad tracking, and is not linked to your identity for other purposes.

3. How We Use Information

3.1 To provide and maintain services: account verification, course access control, lesson/scene operation, project saving and syncing, and competition ranking and scores.

3.2 Security: to prevent, detect, and handle fraud, abuse, illegal content, and security threats.

3.3 Product improvement: to optimize courses and features through statistical analysis (de-identified where practicable).

3.4 Communication: to respond to your inquiries, complaints, and authorization requests.

4. System Permissions

To provide the relevant functions, we may request the following permissions with your consent:

4.1 Camera: to recognize programming cards and scan QR codes (e.g., selecting course kits or opening designated links). We process QR content only when you use the scanning feature and do not retain scanned images or videos. Denying this permission will prevent scanning but not affect other features.

4.2 Storage: to save and read "My Projects" and necessary cache. Denying this permission may affect project saving.

4.3 Network: for login, course content, project syncing, and competition submissions. Denying this permission will prevent online features.

The App does not use your contacts, location, microphone, or Bluetooth permissions.

5. Storage of Information

5.1 Location: Your personal information is primarily stored on servers within the People's Republic of China; if storage or processing abroad is needed, we will comply with legal notice and consent obligations.

5.2 Retention: We retain your personal information only for the minimum period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless otherwise required by law.

5.3 Deletion: Upon account closure or your request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information as required by law.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

6.1 We do not sell your personal information.

6.2 We may share or disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:

(1) With your explicit consent;

(2) As required by laws or judicial/administrative authorities;

(3) To processors (e.g., cloud storage or SMS providers) for specific functions, subject to confidentiality and security obligations;

6.3 Third-party SDKs: The App may integrate third-party SDKs (e.g., QR recognition components) for relevant functions. Their independent collection and use of personal information is governed by their own privacy policies, and we take reasonable measures to protect your awareness.

7.1 Access and correction: You have the right to access and correct your account information.

7.2 Deletion: You may request deletion of your account or cloud projects where permitted by law.

7.3 Withdrawal of consent: You may manage or withdraw camera, storage, and other permission grants in system settings; refusal or withdrawal may make related features unavailable.

7.4 Account closure: You may contact us to close your account; afterward we will delete or anonymize your personal information as required by law.

7.5 Complaints: You have the right to complain to the relevant regulatory authorities.

8. Minors

8.1 The App serves programming learners and may include minor users. Minors should use the App under guardian guidance, especially for scanning, network access, and account security.

8.2 We do not proactively collect information from children under 14 beyond the necessary scope. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will handle it in accordance with law.

9. Security

9.1 We use industry-standard encryption, access control, and other technical and administrative measures to protect your personal information.

9.2 Please safeguard your account credentials; contact us immediately if you detect abnormal activity or a risk of disclosure.
